Refund policy

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

All effect pedal sales are guaranteed for your satisfaction for 60 days from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, just return the pedal in new condition to the address below with original packaging for a refund of the purchase price minus a 4% credit card transaction fee. You will be refunded only after pedal has been inspected and tested.

Please consider emailing Customer Service before returning any product; your dissatisfaction could be due to setup or improper use.

EXCHANGE POLICY

During the first 60 days from the date of purchase, we are also willing to swap the pedal for a different model if you feel that another pedal would better suit your needs. Please call or email before returning the pedal if an exchange is desired.
