Harp Octave

ABOUT
The Harp Octave is a great tool for the harp player who wants to have diverse sounds. It is a clean octave-up generator that adds a great effect for harp. The octave-up overtone that the pedal adds manifests itself in the mid-range with a rasp that brings out whatever distortion is going on with the amp. The end result is a fuzz/crunchy distortion that can be mild or intense, according to the settings chosen. This pedal is best when using the pucker, lip block, and tongue block techniques. If you've ever wanted your big amp to sound like a nasty little vintage Champ or Princeton, this is the pedal that'll do it. The effect will really cut through the mix and reduce feedback; you will get more volume out of your amp before feedback than ever before. The Harp Octave has a buffered input, true bypass, a BLEND control, and a VOLUME control. The BLEND control increases or decreases the level of the generated octave, and the VOLUME control allows you to have more control over your volume for solos and when playing into a PA. The buffered input provides the high impedance termination necessary to get the best tone from crystal, CM, and CR elements; the output is also high impedance and plugs straight into your amp. The battery is switched OFF when an external power supply is used. The LED is ON when the effect is in, and is OFF when the effect is in bypass. The "IN" jack serves as the ON/OFF switch, so the pedal cannot be accidentally turned ON and run your battery down. Plus, unlike guitar pedals, there is no loss of tone through the Harp Octave. The Harp Octave offers all of this and a money-back guarantee if you are not satisfied for any reason.

POWER
The pedal can be powered with a 9V battery or a AD adapter. The DC adapter requirements are a regulated 9V DC with a minimum 100mA output and a 2.1mm x 5.5mm connector with a negative center. The battery is switched OFF when an external power adapter is used, and the "IN" jack acts as the pedal ON/OFF switch. Power adapters for US and EURO customers are sold separately. .

Since receiving the Harp Octave Pedal about 6 months ago I've been using it for rehearsals and gigs every week several night a week. It adds so much to the tone of any amp I've used it with. I use it more than any other Drive pedal I bought from Lone Wolf. It's a permanent fixture on my Wolf Pack pedal board along with my Boogieman and Clean Cat from Lone Wolf. It's major player in the my sound mix.

Thank you for another great tool to have in my rig,
I like the way my music sound

It drives even a crappy solid state amp into pretty cool overdriven sounds. And it really cuts through the mix. I play in a very loud 60s style garage-beat band (its almost punk sometimes) when I tried this baby out, the others said they could hear me now much better. Thanks a lot Wolf People
