Harp Train 40

Postby DPHarp » Sun Jul 22, 2018 7:48 am

Hello,
After reselling my Fender Bassman because it was too heavy, I opted for a Harptrain 40 which is lighter but also offers a sound volume identical to the Fender Bassman.
I have several microphones including a Shure, a Bulletini, an Electro Voice RE10 and a BluesXlab Crystal mic.
Alone in a room it has an incredible sound, but I was able to test it several times in concert with the various microphones (and it is the EV RE10 that I use) and there I had much more difficulty to push the volume and be equal to other amps. What I could do with my Fender Bassman.
I just used a reverb pedal (Lonewolf)
My question is simple, is there way to boost the sound of this amp?
Is there an ideal microphone to use?
thank you

Hello,
Is there a manual for this amp?
For my problem would it be possible to change the lamps?
Thank you
